Bought this phone last week & can I get the Phone to except the PIN! I have followed the book excactly regards the User Manual but still no success, the code I have been told is 0000 Press ok, that should be simple enough to follow, no chance, the "Entre Pin" stops on the screen & that's it, I have reset the Phone 4>5 Times, no Joy, reset to default settings, No Joy, got in contact with sky " My Server" not their Issue, replaced the base unit as recommended by the Supplier, No joy, reset the phone by slightly pulling the Battery from it's connection at the same time pressing the * Key as recommended, no joy, everything else works except Call Blocker / Text by phone! has anyone one else had problems with these phone set up's? tia

Can't help but thanks for the heads up. I was going to buy one of those having been recommended but now I don't think I'll bother.

Hi, the company I bought the Phone from in Newhaven Sussex have been very good regards help, but can I get this thing to except the Pin, no chance, the write up regards this phone is Ex, as said they have sent a new base, you have to Pair the 2 handsets to the Base no probs, Reg the Product, no Probs, Set Up, no Probs, going into the Call Control to enter your pin number, no prob, to except the Pin 0000, no chance, It's not rocket science to follow this set up, that's what I thought.

Then,TWR, according to SOGA 1979 (as amended) it is not of merchandisable quality. Replacement or refund, simples.

TWR, I have a BT 8500 phone and I just put my own pin in. I did not use 0000. I don't know if that's any help.
