I'd try, in order, the usual tips of refreshing the page, exiting and reloading the browser, trying a different one if possible, disconnecting from and reconnecting to the internet, restarting the laptop/ modem/ wireless router, etc etc. Once you've exhausted all those then you ought to post here again with information about what browser you are using, is it the latest update and so on.
