My laptop is just so slow that I've saved everything on to an external drive and now want to take my laptop back to factory settings. Does anyone know how to do this? Any advice appreciated.

We need to know which Op System youre on?

Also the make of laptop would help as different laptop makers have different ways of going back to Factory settings.
