The sound and picture is out of sync on my tv.

In particular when you watch someone talking, the sound of the words is not in time with the movement of the lips .

Can anyone explain - is this normal ?

I repeat what has been said above^^^ by gingejbee.

It could help if you were to tell us what make and model number TV you have.

Furthermore,you could try contacting the manufacturer on the matter if AB members are unable to assist.
