//Normally Kaspersky checks a program's trust rating the first time it launches. There's an option to scan and check all programs when turning on this feature, an initial investment of time that will pay off in speedier operation later.
Known and valid programs naturally receive full trust from the firewall, allowing all reasonable access to the system and the network. Known malware is, of course, untrusted, other programs may be labeled Low Restricted or High Restricted. For these programs, certain actions are forbidden, while others are permitted only if the user confirms it's OK.//
Bernie there is no doubt that Kaspersky is very good. Is it possibly a setting issue for you to investigate. The above was from a review site.

Togos post at 09.58 is interesting and may give a clue as to the delay, which in turn causes a re-set.
That wasn't the unmentionable I was referring to, but close enough. Do you use Firefox's password manager? If so, check that AB's in there and that the passwords correct, I have known FF to very occasionally put in the wrong one.
I've just signed in to AB with Edge, all ok. adverts loading a bit slow but fine.
