norton system works

i put in a question last night but no one has responded yet. here is some additional information: when i try to remove Norton via add/remove the computer basically freezes. a friend put it on my computer so i dont have any software. also i never got the code to activate it. i presume i cant go to Norton and ask them because i didnt but it. i DID buy Norton Internet security but cant load it up while the other Norton is on the computer. Help!

I wouldnt put Norton Internet security on try ZoneAlarm its a better and lighter product, Use Norton Anti-Virus only.

Norton Anti-Virus and ZoneAlarm are a good combination

thanks quickthinker but i still have the problem of removing Norton Systemworks. tried to remove it in safe mode but computer wont let me. i cant ask Norton for help because i didnt buy Systemworks
