My Samsung Galaxy tablet won't load the AB page. It sticks half way across and then I get a message saying that this web page is unavailable.
It only happens with AB. It was like this when they changed the site so I downloaded an adblocker and it's been fine.
Now it doesn't load again although the adblocker is working.Everything else I use and look at on it is ok apart from AB.
Any suggestions as to how I can rectify this ?

Yes ,really tragic .Poor little soul.I've always thought they were dangerous.
The heat could have been a factor but who knows until they investigate. A little girl was killed on one of these things a couple of years ago in Essex and the people who were running it got locked up for manslaughter by gross negligence .

bump
now you mention it, I remember that Shaney....
I am up, showered and ready for nice man to come back today and rip out the other bathroom bath. Its going to be scorchio again here.
what is going on here, my answers keep not appearing. Marius has been in and started the job but then cut into a pipe we'd thought was empty but was full of water under pressure, so we had to drag the plumber back in to fix it all. Currently the doorbell and washing machine are malfunctioning and the period door handle on the front door has snapped off. We will have to find an appropriate replacement as we live in a conservtion zone and don't want to outrage our neighbours by getting something from the 1920s, it has to be Edwardian.

But the sun is still nice.
and nice bathroom man won't be here till tomorrow. I'd be a bit peeved if I had the energy. Jno you don't seem to be having much luck with water.
fortunately my body is 97% Pimms at the moment so I don't need too much water.

Took a nice day off to Cambridge before the weekend and went round some of the colleges (the ones not closed for graduation). Everything looks so much nicer in the sun, even education.

I'm not hanging around with you lot any more :)
Malfunctions are drifting eastwards.
The cistern in the downstairs lav is leaking. Puddles of water this morning and have had to mop it up and put a bucket underneath until my plumber visits.
At least I have an appt at the back pain clinic at last and it's another lovely day.
Cambridge is great place to visit Jno.Many moons since I went there though.
I've still only got half a kitchen, but as I'm not cooking it's.ok.
Hija has bought herself a little run around as it's bigger in malaga/MARBELLA than on this isle.
Felt ill this afternoon from the heat. 35° in the shade so I cooled off. Ok now.
Oh blow you lot and your gremlins! Now our hot water tank isnt heating up! Mr N will look at it tomorrow, but luckily our water comes overland in a rubber pipe so is naturally warmish. Ive showered in warmish water.
Am watching the footy tonight as not much else on. I don't really care who wins.
bathroom is GONE...well at least its in the skip and goes tomorrow. Nice man won't be here tomorrow so I have a day to catch up on the sort out which is taking ages because if I do anything more than a little I come over all odd. Heat is beyond a joke now.
Hot water working again now not that we need it.
We have this heat until at least the end of October. I hate it. Was never here for the heat!! Wouldn't be so bad if it wasnt so humid but being surrounded by water not a lot We can do about it.
our bathroom is not exactly gone but is being transformed now that the boiler and the pipes and casing have all vanished (or been redirected to the cylinder cupboard, anyway), the whole room is being tiled.

I have been on the lawn filling in all the cracks that have been appearing, most of them big enough and deep enough to get all my fingers down. Filled them with topsoil and grass seed. There might be some rain or even thunder this afternoon , and a good drenching would do the grass no harm. I shall have to abort my plans to visit the tall ships on the Thames, though.

Hello all
Another nice day .Sorry you're suffering in the heat Neti. Our hot weather is obviously nowhere near your temps.I couldn't stand that either ,not these days anyway. It's just nice here and would probably feel cool to you.
I expect you'll be glad when everything's finished Jno and you too Woofy.
Woofy,If you're about can I pick your brains? You wait ages for an appt and then two come along at once.I've now got one for extended scope spinal physio. Can you enlighten me as to what this involves please.
hello Shaney, "Extended Scope" means that the person you will see will have qualified in additional skills on top of whatever their original qualification is. The skills may be in triage and diagnosis....so they can refer you directly onto specialists, they may be prescribers, they may be allowed to give pain relieving injections. People see them when the plain vanilla treatments haven't works or their diagnosis is complicated by other factors, like multiple diagnoses or drug sensitivities. They are often of use to people like yourself who are bouncing from referral to referral. I hope it helps.
Same old same old here. Its hot, kids are screaming in the garden and I have got hot weather stomach again.

Thanks very much Woofy. I shall know what to expect then. I'm very much hoping that I can have a cortisone injection or acupuncture.
I've just looked it up on the hospital website and these treatments are offered.I just want to be able to walk about a bit and stand in one place for more than a few minutes without being in agony. It's so frustrating not being able to do stuff and quite frankly a bit depressing at times. If I can just walk to the High St or down to the sea front and do a bit more in the garden I'll be a very happy bunny.
I love Ladysmith Black Mambazo. I've got a CD.
Shaney we also love Ladysmith Black mambazo. I bought Mr N the cd a long while ago.
pouring here, I hope that helps the lawn reclamation project. Still supposed to continue hot but perhaps not so sunny in coming days.

Got a phone call from John Lewis yesterday saying our vinyl flooring was ready to be picked up from the shop. We confirmed it this morning and went to get it. And what do you know, it's still in a warehouse 30 miles away, it's never been near the shop.

Sharp words have been spoken telephonically and they've promised it will be in the shop first thing tomorrow and if necessary the manager will deliver it to us personally.

In fact it was originally supposed to arrive at the start of the week. Maybe on Planet John Lewis the week starts on Thursday, but I am not impressed.
Jno I think its the weather. So far at mine, the shower cubicle was 4 days late, the floor covering was a week late (and the courier said they had delivered it) and the skip collection is late.

wait! you have rain? that's not right! where's mine?
looks as if it was very localised - zoom in and you can see me with the umbrella
