Password Problems - Again!

I want to reset my password. However when it comes to entering the random letter/number combination it is always rejected. I thought that the light characters were lower case but now I am not sure. Which is which please? thanks

As SlackAlice indicates, we really need to know which password you're trying to reset. (I've got well over a hundred different passwords for things. The way to change them varies greatly).

I sometimes struggle with these- eg lower case g and q. Even worse are the ones that say things like 'click all the boxes that show shopfronts'

Hi folks. apologies for the delayed response. I get called away for hours at a time! As Mark said, it was the captcha codes that were my problem, not a password itself. Problem is now resolved. Thanks for the responses.
