I've just typed out an answer to your original question which, because someone has deleted it, disappeared into cyberspace when I clicked on 'Answer Now'. (Growl!)
Let's try again!
As 10CS said, it looks like the printer driver isn't recognised, either because it's never been installed or because it's become corrupted. So you need to (re-)install it.
If your computer has a DVD drive (rather than, say, being a slimline laptop that doesn't have one), simply inserting the disk which came with your printer into the drawer should start the setup process, enabling you to install the driver.
If your computer hasn't got a DVD drive, then you'll need to download the driver setup file from the web and then run it. However Google doesn't recognise 'office pro 1970' as a valid printer model, so I can't direct you toward the relevant download. Can you check the make and model please, Henry?
