Zone Alarm

I installed Zone Alarm a few weeks ago, and lately I have been getting updates, the only problem is that when i click for the updates to come through the page it takes me to suggests I save the update then go in and install it. I tried this and when I try to install I get a message up saying something along the lines of Installing will alter all your settings. As I am a complete twonk when it comes to pc's I was wondering if it was okay just to run the update (the only options I get on the update page is run or save)

what you are seeing is the remote file on their server, you can either run it, which will temporarily download it and you can then install, or you can save it, if you save it, you can allways come back and try again if it doesn't work, which is what i do
