I use Melatonin from Amazon. Neuro Night Complex. Took a couple of days to work but I find it helps. When I do wake it is less often and I am back to sleep more quickly
I use the the 1mg capsules, the lowest dose you can get. On the odd occasion they don't work I can then take a second one. A friend of mine buys his in New York and gets 6mg ones!!
They take a good hour to work on me so I take them a while before I go to bed.
