Trying To Find My Apple Account Fing Nightmare

I am trying to find my apple account but it sends me to ITunes login except it doesnt. Cant get mast the "please wait" instruction. Then it sends me to an "Expert" who require me to join a for £1.00 to start a subscription service . What can I do ?????

Simply, it seems you have an intruder on your device. You should be able to find both your ID and enter its password from any of your Apple devices. There are a number of free malware apps for Apple devices that could probably cure this but it would be very much simpler if you could go along to your lo your local Apple store and get one of their experts to take a look

Have you a mac or an ipad?

Have a look in settings - it may tell you your apple id if you are signed in.
