Windows Media Play / Nero......errors

When I place certain DVD's in my pc, the dvd gets to a certain point I get the old "send" or "dont send" microsoft error report message. When I click on details its says the following: -

ModName: nevideo.ax

I thought that this was a Winows media player error, but it happens on my dvd player software too. DVD stops at certain point. looking on google for nevideo.ax states that this is Nero file / codec. But I cant find a resolution to this problem. Anyone help??

I'd uninstall nero, and then try re-installing it. Ideally the latest version if you can.
