From media? Do you mean from your computer?

There should be instructions with your phone - normally you'd use a data cable (sometimes supplied, sometimes bought separately - it depends on the mobile manufacturer). You could also use bluetooth or infrared as long as you have the correct connections on your computer and phone.

Can someone please tell me how to do it i have a cable but not sure on what to do to transfer the music from windows media to the mobile phone
