hi all i have just bought a new motherboard so i can build myself a pc. my motherboard is a k8ht2000 nforce4(nvidia), but i am unsure on what processor to buy and what will be compatible. i want it to be a fast computer so any help and advice you could offer will be very appreciated, oh its a 939 socket, amd athlon64/sempron. thanks

The k8ht2000 is not the motherboard but it is the chipset the motherboard is fitted with. If it is a new m/b you should have the documentation it came with which will tell you which processors it will be compatible with.
If you are not sure what the m/b is then try looking here http://www.amdboard.com/socket_939_boards.html
to see all the motherboards which are compatible with 939 AMD 64 and you might be able to locate which one you have.
