How do you get rid of the drop down menu on the internet explorer browser where whatever you've searched for in google comes up when you go to type something in? Not the thing in the URL bar but like if you go to type something into google to search everything you've searched for before comes up. Please help its getting on my nerves.

Tools - iternet options (or options) - general - clear history (or delete history)

i've done that and it doesn't work.

sorry, ive found out now, doesn't matter.
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Content tab.
Under Personal information, click AutoComplete.
uncheck boxes for the AutoComplete options you want to use. finally press clear forms clear passwords then delete history. Hope that works x

you just put your cursor over the things you've searched for before and press delete and it's gone. :)
