Problem with xp

i have just reinstalled my xp, everything runs fine apart from sometimes when im using internet i get the message "windows has encountered a problem with generic host system 32 and needs to close" after that web pages are no longer available, all my settings are correct, can anyone help?

Cant really give you a quick answer. But, when I have ever had computer errors that I cant figure out I type the exact phrase used into Google and follow any links available. Believe me when I say, you will find your answer this way.

It will take time and patience but it will work. The answer will be hidden away in one of the links somewhere. If the exact quote brings up nothing or not the answers you are looking for then try differnet phrases of the similar problem. Try try and try again.

If you cant get on the net to do this, use a friends PC or go to an internet cafe and note down the possible solutions.
