In my word xp used as email editor set up, there is the fascinating facility to be able to add Japanese comments to emails. I would love to do this to impress my colleagues, but I can't find any translations in the setup Can any one help please?

You'll probably need to use an on line translator (many free ones available) unless you know the language. Beware !! These translators are not good at grammar and give some astonishing results at times. Stick to very simple words or phrases.
If you keep it short I will do the translation for you....''C'
