Installing Broadband - What do I do Next?
3 Answers
My sister got a new pc (second hand) and I have signed her up for Plus Net broadband. When I signed up to it for her I opted not to receive the modem, etc as I had one she could use (would have been the same one she would have received from them). I installed the modem and have checked her plus net account which now says her broadband is active but I'm not quite sure what I need to do to actually get her online now as there was no previous internet connection set up on the PC. Her PC is running on Windows 2000. Can anyone tell me what I need to do so she can actually access the internet? I hope that makes sense!

Thanks for your answers.
I didn't get a disc or any information through the post from Plusnet and I remember it was the same when I signed up for them but I just coudnl't remember what I did to get mine all up and running.
That link looks really helpful, Chris. Thanks! I shall have a go at sorting it tonight but expect to see me back here with another question when I go wrong somewhere! :o)
