'True love', is there such a thing???

Is there really such thing as true love or is it just something that exists in the movies?? Is there any couple out there that can say that they trully feel they are meant to be together?? Or are there always 'plenty more fish in the sea'???I used to be a firm beleiver in true love and finding your destined partner n all that!! Now im getting older and ive been single for 3 years, im begining to doubt it very much!! Please can someone give me some happy real life love stories to liven my spirits a little!! I want to here from guys as well on this one!!

Of course true love exists! it 'll come out of the blue and surprise you when you least expect it, and its guaranteed to show up the minute you finally realize that you don't need a man to make you feel happy and content with life.

Equally used to be cynical about this, and that was until it happened to me.

With me, it was the moment my partner and I shared our first kiss. Sounds corny I know, but that kiss simply had an amazing effect upon me, and I fell in love with her straight away and knew that the rest of my life was destined to be with her. Been together for over three years now, and like all couples have had our ups and downs. The love we share doesn't change and is still there, growing stronger every single day.

Do consider myself to be very lucky. Not sure if everyone finds the true love of their life, but I have certainly found mine.

Yes .....I just haven't found it yet!

Lol, no really I have found it, we are like two peas in a pod, always together, work together, eat together, etc we are joined at the hip. I have never met another couple like us, we are not married yet but do not feel we really have to rush as we will be together forever.

P.s He is 25 stone, he snores, and eats the skin off his fingers but I love him anyway. I think to find true love you have to be able is see people for what they are, and forgive bad habbits, no one is perfect, everyone has flaws.

Of course you can love someone and not see yourself ever being without them and that's a true feeling. So yeah, sure true love exists.

However if you're talking soul mates/meant to be together/love at first sight/the one and all that sort of thing... well, that's just a load of hollywood rot in my opinion.

I first saw my wife when she was 13 and fell for her completely we have been married now for 35 years i firmly believe in love at first sight we have only one child my wife has been pregnant seven times having lost six of them before three months of pregnancy this did put quite a strain on us but we came through keep faith there will be someone out there for you good luck

Yes, there is a such thing as true love. I've experienced it, But unfortunately it doesn't always turn out the way you want. My husband was my true love I felt it in my soul.but when I found out he was cheating on me for almost a year and didn't tell the women he was married at first was very devastating to me. I'am sorry for putting a damper on things but it doesn't always have to turn out how my situation did. I still love my husband so very much, but I just cannot get passed how deep he has hurt me. I guess nothing lasts forever and that was my mistake I thought it would.
