OK, well, the thing with silverside is that it is very lean, which means its not ideal for roasting as tends to get very dry, but works really very well as a delicious slow cooked dish.
I would recommend maybe this, which you can start off, and then cook until you are ready, which lessens the tricky timing of getting 3 joints ready at once!
