Why has my predictive text changed and to bof as its first choice for these letters?

Don't you just have to press the ...#...key to switch between the text choices..?

It always used to come up with and as the first option but it has now dediced to use bof first instead! I've never used bof in a text before. Think I pressed something to change it but can't now change it back. If I press the # and comes up as a second option.
