Folders in Outlook Express Email

Sory to ask this again - you have told me once some months ago!

When I try to move an email to a folder for keeping I have to each time click om Local Folders and they are all under that.

What I want is for all th folders to be shown individually without clicking on the + each time. This was happning, but they seem to have all gone back within 'local folders'
