PC turn off

Hi Guys, Need your help with a minor but annoying problem. I need to "Turn Off Computer" / "Turn Off" twice in order to shut down. The first command shuts some of it down but it wont shut down completely until I repeat the command. I have tried ensuring there is nothing running in Task Manager and the applications page is empty.
So, it's down to you now.

it's almost certainly a driver thats the problem - problem is which one
