Pop-ups

Can someone please help me. I have a pop-up blocker via my google tool bar which frequently beeps that it has blocked something so it is clearly doing something. However, I have one consistent pop-up which it is not able to stop which is getting really very annoying! It must be the same company and there is a little coloured butterfly type symbol in the left hand corner of it. Is there anything else I can do to stop this stray one getting through? Any help appreciated, thank-you
