I am with Virgin Media and my problem is that I clicked on `full Sreen` button but now wish to revert back to normal screen but there isn`t a button anywhere to allow me to do this, so would appreciate your help. TIA.
prev problem with getting the @on other computer
  
next trying to get surround sound by watching just the tv ?????

In a internet browser F11 usually works
