My elderly neighbour doesnt use her outside Sky dish and cables and was going to have it taken down.
A new person has moved into a nearby flat and has asked her if he can buy it off her, she has asked me what to charge him.
I dont have any idea, what do you think ?

It depends how old the installation is and how much she paid for the Dish initially.
Maybe £30 would be a fair price....only a guess

Thanks redman
New dishes are only about £20-£30.

if it has a Quad LNB then a little more, but not much even new.

it's only £40 for a full kit, including cable and plugs

In short, is it really worth them taking it off the wall when they can get new stuff so cheap.

Coooooooooey chuckie, thanks, it can stay where it is as there are only 6 flats in the block.
In that case they would be saving on installation costs so she could up the price a bit. I would say no more than £50, but remember that they'll still need to run their own cable into their own flat.
