Is it possible to download music from the radio using Audacity,BUT to be able to listen to any announcement before I decide whether I want that piece of music?. I can only hear the music while I am recording!! Thanks!!!

Ensure 'Software playthrough' is selected (ticked) in the 'Transport' menu then click 'Start Monitoring' from the action button (the downward arrow next to the microphone icon) of the Recording Level Meter.

Thanks A Berrant,I couldn't find the first part of your answer so went to the microphone>arrow and it worked a treat,I am truly amazed and thankful for all the info from all you AB'ers.Most of this technology came a bit too late for me but I enjoy it just the same.Keep up the good work!!!!!
