i keep getting a winow box appearing on screen saying "virtual memory minimum too low"  how can i sort this any ideas ?

The best way to sort it is to buy more memory.  Alternatively, increase the size of your page file in control panel/system/advanced.

you must find out what your ram is and then your minimum virtual memory should be 1.5 times that . for your maximum setting , that should be 3 times your ram.
