How do I get IPlayer back again? Always had it but since I came back on line after moving I can't get the picture, I get the sound loud and clear but the picture just stays still. What am I doing wrong? & what can I do to rectify it?

you could try reinstalling flash player

But look at it this way, only one thing has changed and thats your connection so logically it should be your connection speed causing the problem.

and run a speed test and see what you get. if it's much below 2mbs on download then Iplayer will struggle.

It also maybe that your new ISP restricts speed for services like Iplayer.

Thankyou Chuck, I really don't know much about it, here's what it says --

Download speed 2645 kbps and Upload 485 kbps. Does this tell you anything? means tiddly-squat to me.
I downloaded the Adobe thingy too but can't see any improvement though.
