Aol isp provider

Took on a package deal with carphone warehouse 2 years pass february,aol contacted me regarding my broadband,and i said ok to them being my isp,they offered me 3months free broadband and then £19.99 thereafter,checking my bank account they took nothing in april,£27.68 in may,and then £35.72,what are they playing at,anyone that can help?

Not yet,cant access my original id number,dont use aol online,think they are based in ireland

your telephone number, name and address should be sufficient for them to help you, possibly confiming your date of birth too.
just ring em up, theyll find you :o)
theyve always been very helpful any time ive had to contact them.
