Gosh what a lot going on.

Firstly poor shaney, hope you get better very very soon, that is awful. I am still glowing, 15 yrs after the change, drives me mad, and it does get worse in the heat, so that's my summer sorted!

Jude I also had a purdey haircut in 1978 when we moved back to Truro for a while, will see if I can find a photo. Have to say I do admire your energy, zooming around buying and selling, bit like DelBoy!!!!

I always drink black tea and never with any sweetener (a throw back to my Mayo clinic diet in the 70's) but it stains the teeth (those that I have left)

Very overcast today, but I feel better, the stitches are still sore but the rest of the gob has settled down and I actually managed to eat my spag bol last night, I was starving! I expect it'll all hurt again on Friday pm when she takes the stitches out and reinserts the damned tooth. Why can't they use disolvable stitches like on my cat when she was done!

Am still in bed as have no money even though we have received the large amount from our investments that we asked for to be released (as they say). Spect he's holding back my allowance to pay for my tooth treatment! b'ah humbug.

Don't panic Neti, that looks like standard advice. They are only saying its a risk for emails so provided that you don't use your phone for your million pound share deals then all should be fine.
As I understand it, the problem with dissolvable stitches in the mouth is that they can dissolve too quickly before the would is healed.
I am told that they roll in poo to cover their own scent for hunting. I have no idea at all why they think it tastes good.

Morning all...still gloomy & a bit chilly here, it's the wind that's making it feel cooler, not to mention all the pollen & dust it's whisking up....<<<aaaatchooooo>>...oh, excuse I.

I'm hanging on to my hrt like grim death, they want me to come off & I tried a couple of years ago but I felt so damned horrendous that I asked to go back on them. He said it was my decision/my risk but agreed. I've got to be reviewed in Sept so at least I can get through the summer (if we have one) without self combusting. I'm on livial (no bleed), I was on one with a withdrawal bleed every month when they first put me on them (after chemo finished everything off) but that was dreadful, the pain was even worse than my bad periods had been. Hey ho, who'd be a woman?

Hope you're feeling better shaney...and anyone else with aches and pains. Glad to see you're getting back on to solids neti, you'll soon be able to bite the locals again. :o)

Love the Purdy Jude! I had most styles over the years but not that one, I had mine longer, more pageboy-ish....oh, and I've never had a perm in my life.

I was on hrt for about 5 yrs but didn't feel any different, and the patches really made me sore! Hated the bleeding!

I haven't taken any painkillers yet today and managed to eat half a Dr Oetker's cheese pizza, mind you it took hours to cut it up and chew on one side of the mouth, and then they are taking out the stitches on Friday (pm just when I feel tired) andf it'll set me off again. We are expecting a couple of party invites but I have told Mr N there is no way I'm going with me gob like this!!

I'm still tiddling for England but have been drinking lots :).It's not quite so painful though .

I remember having my gums lifted bit by bit due to gum disease and having to have stitiches .Very unpleasant and did sod all to save my gnashers .
I often wish that bloody dentist had left my teeth alone and Imo he did unnecessary work on my teeth .
Oh poor Woofy .Hot flushes are horrible .Have you tried that stuff Cohash or somethng

Yes shaney i agree with you about dentists, that's why I only go in an emergency. Mr N hasn't been for about 40 yrs cos he thinks they do unnessary work.

I have gum disease I think, I honestly wouldn't mind have all dentures but couldn't afford them!
