I've Zone Alarm installed - free version

However for some reason , when I click the icon , it is no longer opening up .

Windows Security Center , says that it , Zone Alarm , is currently on .

Any Ideas ?
prev Can I delete one of these programs?
  
next uninstalled programs that wont go!

get rid of zone alarm (and it takes some doing) ts a pest comodo it better
