Happy New Year Chris.
I have today had an email from [email protected]
stating my ESTA will run out in 30 days pls reapply at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov
this is true it will run out then but how do I know this is genuine and not one of the "rip off sites" ? especially now as I expect you have to pay on line for it. £15 ?
In fact I have three messages but the two ladies I travelled with a the time did not have an email address and used mine, so presume its meant as one for each of us, do intend to go to Vegas again in April.
Should I ignore this and reapply when I get my ticket or would it be easier to do it now ? I am not a computer expert and always worried I will press the wrong button etc, last time the travel agent did it for us
pls advise.

Your link DOES lead to the real site. It's $14 now - $10 to apply and $4 for the ESTA. Or vice versa - can't remember which.

No need to do it now if you don't need it. You will be 'wasting' part of its validity if you do.
