Anti virus quarantine

Sophos AV have 11 items in quarantine - but it says NO ACTIONS INSUFFICIENT RIGHTS CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR
i have not had this problem before
Given that the threats are in quarantine - does this mean my PC is 100% safe or should i do something about above message?

Quarantine is a safe folder that hold malware found by your anti-virus program.
Anything in the folder cannot affect your system.
You should be able to delete or empty the quarantine folder if you want, but it's not really necessary.
