I was just trying to set a system restore point (running Windows XP with SP2) and I got a message saying "system restore has been turned off by group policy" and to contact my "domain administrator". I can't turn system restore on via "system properties" through the control panel because the system restore tab is not there.

What is going on? My XP account is an administrator.
