Printing envelopes

When I do a letter with my address at the top, when I come to print an envelope, my address is in the delivery address box. When I do a letter with another address at the top, when I go to the envelope dialogue box the delivery address is blank (except once or twice, when the correct address has been there, but I don't know what I did right to make it happen). Can someone tell me how to make the address at the top of a letter always appear in the delivery address box? Also, while on the subject, how can I get the envelope feed to change permanently? The default setting is very inconvenient, since I have to take all the paper out and adjust the bit of plastic that you move to the width of whatever is going through the printer.

An easier way is to print a label. Copy the addressee's name and address, go into a new 'Word' document', select 'Tools' then 'Envelopes and labels', then 'New Document' and paste into whichever label position you want. Not as complicated as it sounds.

First part is easy - (assuming that you are using MS Word) you highlight the destination address in the letter, then click Tools - Envelopes & Labels - Envelopes and the address should be there for you. There is a more complicated way to do this by formating bits of the document to get the right chunk to go into the Envelope & Label dialogue automatically, but the highlight method works every time.

For the feed, set this at the same place before printing, and remember which way to insert the envelope for next time. Pencil a little arrow or something on the printer body to help you out next time.
