This question (or minor variations on it) appears here on AB about once per week. Southern European destinations can be quite pleasant at that time of the year but they're generally not warm enough for most traveller's requirements. For example, here's a weather summary for Almeria in southern Spain:

The majority of other places in southern Europe (e.g. in Italy or Greece) usually have fairly similar weather.
That means that you need to go further south, to Africa (beyond the northern countries of Africa, such as Tunisia) However travelling to many African destinations involves taking long flights and spending a lot of money. (There can also be things like vaccinations to worry about).
The ONLY African destination which is fairly cheap and easily accessible is the Canary Islands. (As part of Spain, the Canaries are politically and culturally 'European' but geographically they're definitely 'African' ).
The weather in the Canary Islands is usually very pleasant around the time of year which you're thinking of (although it can sometimes be rather windy):

Fuerteventura is generally quieter than some of the more boisterous parts of the Canaries, yet it's still well-served by flights from the UK:
