It might be worth checking out the price of booking your hotel and flights separately. The Sahara Beach Hotel can be booked via Expedia or Boooking.com. Scheduled flights to Monastir are offered by Monarch, from both Gatwick or Manchester.

Alternatively, for an inclusive deal, check out Thomson as (through their charter flight operations) they tend to specialise in holidays in Monastir.
