Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

So I've made do with a Richmond sausage instead. Found a packet of 16 sausages in a local Spanish supermarket for £6 so i couldn't resist!

Also have reinforced all the seams on my lounge cushions before they go in the wash. Damn machine kept coming unthreaded and I just cannot get to grips with the automatic threader, so its poke poke poke until the thread gets in the eye of the needle. (No nothing about camels thank you)

I remember Virol too. I was given it as a tiny baby and apparently loved it. I am feeling smug. Have just saved 150 quid on my car insurance.....from the same policy with the same company!!!

Nice bright day ,lovely sunshine but only single figures,real feel of 7C.Doesn't look too promising for the bank holiday weekend either.
I wish I could sew .It's taken me about a week to sew up the cardi I knitted.
I like knitting things but hate sewing them up. Hope you're all ok.
Yes ,have shoe ,will travel ..lol.
It was so nice to get out.I was beginning to look pale and uninteresting.The butcher seemed pleased to see me though :)

Since I was here earlier I've pulled my cooker out cleaned all round it, top every inch, and the floor. It's an old fashioned 4 ring gas cooker and I love it but it does take some cleaning.

Nice day ,bright and breezy but still on the chilly side .We seem to have avoided the thunderstorms which were forecast .
Been to the clinic (with shoe) where she picked bits off it,washed it all put gunk on it and rebandaged it while I squirmed about going ouch ,oooh and aaargh:)
