Pick Up Point Heathrow T2

Does anyone know a good pick up point at T2 without parking? The person would be waiting for me outside.

Tell them to get one of the buses from the central bus station to Hatton Cross (no charge as it`s within the airport zone) and pick them up from there.

As 237SJ suggests, using a different pick-up point would probably make most sense. The airport's website says:
"If you are meeting someone from a flight you must use the Short Stay Car Park. Waiting is not permitted on the terminal forecourt.

Alternatively you can use the Long Stay car park free of charge for up to two hours as an alternative to the Short Stay car park. Please note that re-entry to Long Stay is prohibited within 24 hours"

If you know your pic kip is there then using the departures area is a cheeky cheat.

The only terminal at Heathrow where it is easy and free to pick up someone is T5 (departures level) If someone is arriving at another terminal, then the best place to collect them is from Hatton Cross unless you want to pay to park.

It is not allowed to pick up at lhr, you will get moved on by the police. The only place I have found is just by the entrance to the short term car park at T3 there is a little slip road on the right where you can turn in, pick up, do a u turn and then leave.......
