I recently travelled with Wizz airways to Bucharest for went on arrival my luggage was missing I completed all the relevant paperwork whilst at the airport, so my whole week I had to purchase clothes and other items, including another bag to come home.
I’m home now and it’s been nearly a month and wizz airlines have still not compensated me, and only today emailed to say they are contacting Bucharest Airport.
Please can someone help me with my rights and what I should expect.
