You can take a look at what the motorway cameras are seeing here:

Simply googling 'traffic m25', and then clicking through on the link offered to you, will (after a bit of zooming in & out, possibly plus some dragging, to find the bit of interest to you) provide you with a colour-coded map to indicate traffic flows.
