Jet2 won’t be flying till after July1st , so it’s either a refund or flying in school hols which will up the cost and we’d arranged dog care for the fortnight we were going , anytime after that stepson can’t make it with work commitments, he was the one looking after her

The UK gov are quite happy to trash the whole aviation industry. If I had a holiday booked I would get a refund. There is no guarantee that the holiday companies will not go bust (wait until furlough ends). I would want my money back now.

Problem drunken behaviour and non mask compliance in Porto. Turning up for the match with no ticket and drinking the night away. Drinking copious amounts on the flight out so as not to have to wear a mask, as witnessed by friends returning here. Scoffing and laughing at residents who are following the rules here. I feel for those who were compliant but others have only there selves to blame

Not surprised with the covid numbers starting to rise in Portugal ,after letting thousands of UK football fans into their Country. Especially with the risk of the Indian variant being carried from UK.

Thanks Prudie , it was to be a special holiday in a place he loves but it wasn’t to be , I’d look for somewhere here ( which I am) but everywhere is fully booked
