Hi buffyb1, If you have international roaming enabled on your contract (not sure if you can on pay-as-you-go), you will be able to use your phone in Dublin. What should happen is when you switch your phone on in Dublin, it should search for a local mobile network and will route calls through that. The only problem with this is that it costs a lot more to call out this way, and it also costs you money when people phone you (mad I know !). Use it sparingly is my advice - a friend of mine racked up a 45 bill when we went to Spain for a week recently !
