i was looking at applying for a job, but it included relocation to the USA, the only thing is i was also looking at going bankrupt and didnt no if i decided to go bankrupt if i got the job would they still let me have the job and move out there?

Very very few legal restrictions but the company may have an internal policy. Check with them

Would you still get a visa if you were bankrupt? Don't know the answer but I have my doubts.
