Freezing Food

Hi everyone
When it recommends not to re-freeze food once it has thawed, does tht also mean partly thawed food as well?

Yes.

It depends what it is really - for example, I'd happily re-freeze a partly thawed loaf of bread but not chicken. Just use your common sense.
