Her argument is that foreign cultural attitudes may see a short skirt or a low-cut blouse as an invitation to rape.
Do the clever people who understand modern morality see the difficulty morons like me have in trying to reconcile the apparent contradictions?

Why is it seen in some circles as the fault of females who are attacked when in fact a lot of people forget that rape is a horrendous crime & the perpetrators should always be punished severely. Let us bring back public flogging so that everyone can see what happens to the guilty.

The Germans always get their kit off, thats the crouts, let them get on with it. The fact that the Muslim refugees are sexually repressed like all religeons, shouldn't stop them. One fundamental fact which seems to be missed by the ".... she was gagging for it...." brigade is that maybe she was (and IMO nothing's wrong with that - men do it), but not from any Tom, Dick or Harry, anymore than men "on the pull" will pick up the first woman to hand.

So the "invitation to rape" is nothing of the sort, it's either an opportunity to dress as one likes, or possibly it's an invitation to consensual sex with a suitable and selected partner. It's certain that a rapist would never fit the latter category.

But if the partner turns out to be unsuitable or non selected, then the procedure becomes rape.

Most women, on a night out dress to attract the male "suitor" whether it turns out to be rape OR " a good night out" depends upon the above.
