For heavens sake - when will the press stop referring to the Duchess of Cambridge as Kate Middleton !!! Sorry but it really annoys me that she's not given her correct name or title. Any one else?
I think the media are keen for the upcoming royals to have more of a 'common' touch - and because Kate still seems to hang on to her links with the real world where the rest of us live, they are going to play up to that.
Apart from the usual sour collective, I've never really known quite who used to refer to her as 'Waity-Katie'.
And 'waiting' certainly was the right approach to have taken; not quite sure what else she was supposed to do.
Calling her 'Kate' would be sufficient so I don't really understand why, as a married woman, the media usually add her maiden name when they speak about her.
It doesn't bother me at all but I do wish she'd get a new stylist - I've never seen such frumpy dowdy clothes on a woman her age, she'll regret it one day.
I can see I've unintentionally rattled the cages of the "royal moaners"! I was perhaps putting my post in the wrong manner. I meant to point out that journalists seem incapable of saying things correctly! and since when did it become fashionable to say "I'm bored OF it" instead of "I'm bored WITH it"? And no Bazile I seemingly don't have better things to worry about. Aren't I lucky!!
