another Panic Attack. This one is currently in progress, but it doesn't feel as bad, just want it to stop. I've got some music playing, sucking on a lolly ( I don't know why but I find it helps.
I also found coming on the other night helped greatly
I will do Lady J. I don't know why though I find sucking on a lolly helps tremendously - upsets my sugars a wee bit but it keeps me calm. I woke up and wasn't sure why I was awake then wham it hit - anti social wee beggars lol
